The overall style of the Kashuba Chardonnay emphasizes the natural fruit flavors of the grape, showcasing a bright and lively character. The minimal oak aging allows the fruit to take center stage, resulting in a wine that is crisp, refreshing, and food-friendly. The 12 months of elevage and the frequent lees stiring adds a creamy palate weight and riches, while the subtle acidity keep the wine vibrant and fresh. This is a Chardonnay that can be enjoyed both on its own or paired with a variety of dishes, from seafood to poultry or light salads.
